I had the pleasure of working with Maria on the refurbishment of a family home. Throughout the project, our collaboration was excellent. Maria is highly knowledgeable, has impeccable taste, and possesses an in-depth understanding of the market, allowing her to offer creative and effective solutions to any demands or requirements.

Maria was incredibly responsive and always listened attentively to my requests, even the more unconventional ones. She struck a perfect balance between providing necessary professional guidance and accommodating my preferences whenever possible. I also appreciated how much I learned from her without ever feeling patronized.

In terms of project management, Maria excelled at selecting and coordinating contractors, overseeing every aspect of the project with diligence and expertise. Since I live abroad most of the year, I depended entirely on her to be my eyes and ears on the ground. Despite some unforeseen structural issues that emerged after work had begun, we completed the project within the expected time frame.
